TERM 4 COURSES:
TERM 4: 9 August - 17 October 2010
If you are a new student to Yogareal please register for the whole course. $150 per course.
Courses run one class a week for 10 weeks (1.5 hrs per class, except Intro to Beginners which is 1hr).
Courses are filling quickly. To avoid disappointment - book now.
To REGISTER for a course, click on the following link to download the REGISTRATION FORM FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS, SEE BELOW. If you are unable to book online, send in your Registration form with a cheque or money order as soon as possible to ensure yourself of a space. Alternatively, you can drop in 15 minutes before any class (excluding Lunchtime classes) and pay in person at the Albert Park Studio. Again, as soon as possible to ensure you don't miss out.

To enrol online: 1. Download the Registration Form above by clicking on the green link. Print and fill in the form. Bring it along with your reciept of payment to your first class. 2. Scroll down to the course of your choice and click on the link (underlined and in red). It will take you to *webtickets.com.au Follow the prompts to complete the transaction. Don't forget to bring both your Registration Form and your Reciept of Payment to your first class.

1. BEGINNERS COURSE A step by step unfoldment of the process of yoga. Suitable for those who have never practiced yoga before or for those who would like to establish a more systematic foundation to their practice and understanding. Everything you need to know for your own basic self- practice.

2. *INTRO TO ASHTANGA VINYASA - Part 1 Learn the basics of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga at a steady and manageable pace. Become familiar with the postures and the sequence. Develop the ability to lengthen the breath and hence create the stamina required for *Ashtanga Vinyasa.

4. *ASHTANGA VINYASA A systematic and balanced introduction to a dynamic and challenging practice. Postures, set in a sequence, are linked into a continual flow by harmonizing the breath. Thus developing stamina, strength and perfect health. The mind then becomes quiet and content.

*INTRO TO ASHTANGA (PART 1 & 2) and ASHTANGA VINYASA are for experienced yoga students or people who have developed a reasonable amount of flexibility and stamina through gymnastics / dance / movement training etc.
